Physiological Parameter's Changes of the staff's suffering from Burnout subsequent to ENSI text Reading

The research purpose is to assess the effectiveness of ENSI text on job burnout of the staff. Therefore، a sample of 50 male employees was selected using convenience sampling from a larger population of the staff members working in the banks of Shahindezh. The research instruments included «Text Anxiety Inventory (TAI) andMaslach Burnout Inventory (MBI)» and 35 individuals who had scored below the mean on test anxiety and above the mean on job burnout were assigned to experimental (having been given ENSI text) and control (having been given Persian text) groups. Data that were statistically analyzed using t-test andcovariance analysis confirmed a significant between-group difference of physiological changes، i. e. blood pressure and body temperature.
