Managers Humility fromIslam point of view

The main purpose of this analytical descriptive article is to study humilities from the view point of Islam.There are various verses and habits in this regard that confirm this characteristic and guide people to avoid from arrogance and pride. In this article characteristics of humble managers by virtue of Islamic verses and habit have been studied. In the next step different ways of attaining to humility for managers have been propounded. Sincerity, simplicity, considering the ethical values, avoid hypocrisy, patience, discipline and order, attention and respect to the character of employees of the characteristics of the humble managers has been known. Regarding to the creation of human being contrasting between human and universe regarding to death and remembered the doomsday and explicit simulation for people are among the methods of attaining to humiliation.
