An Investigation of the Role of Tolerance in Islamic Management

One of the most important ethical characteristics that manager must have is tolerance. Tolerance causes foresight, prudence and realism in managers. And if statesmen lackes the character of the responsibility, he cannot solve many problems. An Islamic manager must know that in the turbulent with the various facing problems and to achieve the goals and to organize a lot of tasks having patience and perseverance is necessary. With regard to the role and importance of tolerance in management, this article has tried to present a review of the importance, factors, effects and results that this concept has in management.The findings of this research show that tolerance for managers have been very important and improve his performance.
