Concepts, Attatudes and Methods in Conflict Resolution Introduction to Resolving of Complicated and Protracted Conflicts

Abstract:
In recent decades Conflict Resolution (CR) has became an important and attractive subject for many scholars, researcher and political activist. As a result, Increasing books and articles published abut different dimensions of CR. In this paper we’ll say that there is not a rich literature on CR in Iran. Then we seek to ask this question that how to develop this field study and how to evolve approaches, attitudes, methods and techniques on resolving and management of political and international conflict. And finally to referring certain Kind of conflict – that we’ve called Complicated and Protracted Conflict (CPC) we will propose an appropriate strategy for dealing with this kind of conflict and introduce suitable methods and techniques for resolving this. In this strategy we focus on Technical aspect of CR and explain that how to applied methods and techniques such as: track two diplomacy, mediation, communication skills and negotiation in resolving process of this conflict.
