Predicting organizational commitment of Elementary school teachers based on job security and job stress dimensions

The objective of the research was to Predict the rate of organizational commitment of primary school teachers In Semnan city based on their anthropological specifications the security level and job stress. The methodology of the Study is a descriptive method to show the correlations between the variables. The statistical community is the total elementary school teachers In Semnan in the year 2009-2010 which was 511.The sampling according to Morgan table ware is 249 teachers. They were selected through the classifications sampling method. Three questionnaires were used to assess the variables of the research namely job security level, job stress (made by researcher), and questionnaire of organizational commitment made by Meyer and Allen (1975). The reliability of the questionnaires was 0/92 and 0/85 and 0/93, respectively. To analyze the data the average standard deviation the Person correlation, coefficient and multi regression analysis were utilized. The finding of the study indicate that Attitude toward the work and Emotional school environment were meaningful hypotheses for organizational commitment at school.
