The Examination and Comparison of Organizational E-Readiness: Case Study: Two Financial and Commercial Organizations

The Majority of nations and organizations attempt to use information and communications technologies (ICT) due to emergence of new innovations and inventions in order to improve their economic and social conditions.This research examine and compare electronic readiness (E.R.) of two financial and commercial organizations based on Bridges model. Data gathered on 109 managers and specialists of each organization after questionnaire designing. Results proved dissatisfaction condition of E.R. in 2 organizations. Meanwhile there are no statistical difference between E.R. of two organizations namely results are similar in two organizations.
