Dicision Criteria for Management of the Islamic University in Terms of Religious Teachings

The present study aims to analyze the Decision making criteria for management of the Islamic university from the viewpoint of religious teachings.The method of the research is documentary analyzes and descriptive –analytical.The author of the article studies the criteria of decision-making process. Tree criteria's that are more highlighted in religious resources are as follow: 1- consultation 2- reality-centeredness 3- confidence (tavakkol).

The most important factor in decision making of the managers is to prefer the best criteria and solution among many ways and preferences. The author of the article then puts some principal questions forward: Is the manager of the organization going to prefer his own personal interests or satisfaction of higher authorities or his own family expectations? Or instead, he prefers other criterias? Tree criteria's of decision making in Islamic management that are more emphasized in religious resources are as follow: 1- consultation 2- reality-centeredness 3- confidence and resignation to the will of God. At the end of the research, the writer of the paper concludes that the selected decision upon these tree criteria's is considered as the best decision from view point of religious teachings.
