Abstract:
In this paper the author will examine the new Act of Driving Offences 1389with a focus on the principles of public law. During this analysis, these principles will be the rule of law, compensation by public institutions, access to information and electronic technology, complaint and devolution of powers; which will all be positively approached. This Act has considerable points of both strength and weakness from a law perspective. The strengths are the principles of the rule of law, electronic servicing to the relevant era, compensation, recognizing the right to complaint for drivers and owners of cars and the anticipation section of complaints. Conversely, the Act has some weaknesses, such as devolution to graduates and noncommissioned officers, non-effective use of gratuities reports for recognizing offences and compensation, and noncompliance in the complaints section. However, it may be possible to neglect these failings with assistance from other sections of the Act. The results of this analysis show that this Act is effective and positively approached with an attention to the omissions and culture of non-accountability in former acts with regards to the sphere of driving and signposts.
