Evaluation of rural house changing process (case study Georgi town)

During recent decades، rural areas of Iran، influences by social change، in terms of environmental and cultural، have been increasingly changed. In the period ago from modern that is about half a century ago، the village always has been the pattern of production and as the foundation of the city، has a lot of social and economic importance. But after the spread of modernism and with development of welfare facilities in the village also emerged Changes in methods or «lifestyle» rural that also structure and shape of house proportional to it was undergoing change. The present article focuses on the process of these changes and with purposeful effort، identify factors affecting the functional changes in rural homes from this way provide the necessary ground for the decision. The research method in this study was includes historical and descriptive - analytically methods and the broad field of studies، documents and library methods for gathering information، Of the descriptive and inferential statistics were used in the analysis.
