Identifying the Entrepreneurial Opportunities in Hospital Industry (The study of Shariaty Hospital)

Entrepreneurship is defined as the process of the entrepreneurial organizations. Always, entrepreneurial organizations directly or indirectly through taking consideration from customers, identify and utilize the entrepreneurial opportunities in their industry. Hence, identifying the entrepreneurial opportunity is one of the most important study areas in entrepreneurial researches.In this research, according to Antony Ulwick's opportunity algorithm and through taking consideration from 216 doctor and Paramedical in three areas, patient reception services, hospital environment hygiene and medical equipment, entrepreneurial opportunities in Shariaty hospital are identified. According to result, in priority, use of multi task machine is first and mechanized system of disposition and provision of electronic health file are second and third in sequential.
