The Managers are faced with many challenges in today’s organizations. One of the problems facing managers is faced with the problems and challenges of the future that To solve each of them, There are many options that have been many Advantages and disadvantages of each option and Management’s art is choice best option from among the available options, That this choice will be led the organization in the right direction. Now, this question must be answered, that whether every decision is taken it can be called the strategic decisions? Certainly can be expressed according to research, what decisions to be taken in this manner, does not strategic. Because just problems and needs and impact of factors cause that people to be forced to make decisions, so this is not a strategic decision. But when the decision is based on the analysis and prediction of the future and also is based on logic, Can be strategic. The purpose of this paper is to make clear to managers that How to make promote their Decision to the strategic decision and will be can improve their organization. Type of this research is case study (review) and from dimension of the purpose also can Said that is applied and from the dimension of research method is descriptive. In the present paper, Strategic decision are described completely And also after studying we try expressed impact factors as much as possible comprehensively. In this paper, features of a strategic decision clearly explained that managers with compare it with their decisions, the managers understand that whether their decisions is strategic or not? If their answer was negative, they must trying match their attitude with Features expressed, because, according to the results of scientific research by experts in the field of strategy, we can do results from this study that, strategic decision has a directly effective on the Guidance of the organization to the success.
