Patterns of political, security strategy in process of Iran's development

Development was one of the concepts and categories of controversial political literature, today’s decorated in landscape of security and has gained a new dimension of importance and sensitivity. This article looks at the issue of security development. In issue development, focusing on Indigenous development of Islamic - Iran is causing confusion to the nature and characteristics of this concept and its associated requirements are analyzed. Here the focus of the discussion consists by existing, doing or not doing, the reality ideals and desirability. Existing reality in the political area of country is "political competition outside the system" that follows security implications for the region and the Trans. Such situations require the design and implementation a compensation strategy commensurate with the prevailing atmosphere. In this paper Compensatory strategy is based on the necessity transmission competition into the system from outside of the system to reduce the extent and severity of disputes and political confrontations and promoted country's political security factors. Thus, the answer to that question about what and how natural characteristics of the defensive strategy have focused in the field of political, security, based on model of "competition within the system`s" model as the best model political defense.
