Studying Approaches for Reinforcement of Scientific Development in Educational Institutions (With an Accent on Human Theories of Organization)

The main Purpose in this article is what approaches are effective for reinforcement of scientific development in educational institutions. To answer, we studied organizational theories and management styles. In today’s world, it is necessary to appeal to the idea of scientific development and the ways to reinforce it. With regard to our research question, documentary method is the best method to apply. The findings of the research suggest human organizational theories such as Y theory, human munificence and so forth can help educational institutions in scientific development. Moreover, cooperative and democratic styles of management in which staff have a direct role in setting objectives, decision making, problem solving and organizational change seem to be appropriate patterns in educational institutions.
