Reviewing of new legislation neccessity in terms of foreigners immobile property possession

Abstract:
According to decision of general council of administrative justice court granting any privileges to foreigners such as possession of immobile property base on geographical territory strongly needs to sentence of law then above mentioned issue has legislative nature.Regarding to act of time legislature in year 1342/7 th note and article (148) which had been edited in year 1370 by registration of deeds and land states act the government authority has lacks legal legitimacy. With regard to the legal vaccum following the validation of legal decision of year 1342 of board of ministers and foreigner acquistion regulations which being defined in year 1328 by board of ministers and cancellation the way of non- residence foreigners acquisition of immobile property by general council of administrative justice court in year 1378 and due to establishing unified legal procedure in mentioned issue and dedicating transparent unified and gathering scattered provision and resolving some ambiguities in foreigners acquisition it is high recommended to sumbit comprehensive legislation by authorities.
