Abstract:
Developing each area is achieved on the basis of various capacities, some of them are environmental, economical, population, social and also, transportation system. Also, to inspect most developmental programs, we refer to expand and promotion of transportation system quality as a main goal. Among different methods of transportation (road, rail, aerial, marine), more than 90% is done through the road, and rail and aerial transportation have the same share. According to this, necessity of paying attention to presenting services in this part (passenger transportation) is cleared. One of the main signs of a developed country, is its developed transportation system. Along with increasing per capita income among people, their ability to buy a car also increases and sometimes it has become a luxury and every family has more than one car. Of course, through appropriate distribution of income among society, economical sycle will be more searching and will couse to decrease deprivation and increase welfare, and this will cause development from one side and damage from the other side. So, we should find a solution for this two way problem.
