Implementation of Foreign policy, Soft Power and Communication: Case Study of United States of America (1993-2001)

This article titled as “Implementation of Foreign Policy, Soft Power and Communication: Case Study of United states of America (1993-2001)” is a theoretical and practical effort to identify how the United States Soft Power during the William Jefferson Clinton presidency (1993-2001) shaped. This study attempts to answer this question “Use the communications in the United States of America during the William Jefferson Clinton presidency (1993-2001) what impact has on US power?“and present a re-interpretation, which is considered slightly different from the Foreign Policy of the United States of America during a particular time, based on specific theoretical framework that is a result of making link among various concepts such as Power, Soft Power, Communication and Foreign Policy. This researchhas tried to relate the subject of Soft Power to the methods of implementation of Foreign Policy of the United States of America through a discursive explanation of Soft Power and using a connection between communication and implementation of Foreign Policy, and based on this relation, it describes and expresses, methods of implementation of the Foreign Policy of the United States of America in this era. In short, the result of this survey can be explained in one sentence that Persuasive Communication tool is the most important element and factor in expanding the American discourse, and in this way, creating an attraction and Soft Power for the USA in this period of time.
