Analyzing the Quality of Governance in Iran

The subject of this article is the perception of quality of government in iran amoung professors of tarbiat modares university allameh tabatabai university and Tehran university. the question of this article is tat: how is the professors of university perception aboutquality of government in iran?. Theoretical literature is bades on the Good governance theory. The research method of this article is fuzzy survey. experimental units is 100 persons amoung professors of tarbiat modares university allameh tabatabai university and Tehran university. experimental evidence indicates that the mean value of respondents perception about all sets of quality of government s concept is lower than cross-over point value. the most negative judjment is related to the control of corruption s index. Experimental data shows that on average 67 percent of responnents have been evaluating the quality of government in iran from absolutely negative to mostly negative and 3.1 percent of them have been evaluating totally good and 12 percent are in the cross-over point. Cross-over point is where the most ambiguity is observed regarding that if one or more cases are member or non member.these people have doubt about the good or bad quality of government. In fact most of the respondents have negative perception about quality of government in iran.
