Designing the model of Spirituality Based Organization in Higher Education System of Iran

It seem that in new paradigms، organizations have emphasize on issues such as spirituality-based organization، faith based organization and morality based organization instead of mechanical and traditional methods. The work condition is basically changing and spirituality is one of the main elements in this regard. current study is aimed to present and extensive spirituality based model for the higher education system of Iran. in this study the qualitative research method was used and the skilled managers were intervened for recognizing the element and aspects having influence on the creating of spirituality based organization. this method was used four times and about 96 elements were recognized. After deleting poor scored elements 13 key aspect and 47elements were considered as the main ones. it becomes clear that element such as organizational factors and environmental factors have influence on the creation of spirituality based organization. morever، spiritual space of the organization influences on the creation of spirituality based organization.
