Review on the function of state-owned Companies admitted to Stock Exchange

Abstract:
The Execution of Article 44 of the constitution of The Islamic Republic of Iran, andprivatization trend do not necessarily com to end by the transfer of ownership, and itis expedient that the Consequences arising there form are accurately analyzed.This research is mainly aimed at reviewing the status of the entities admitted to stockexchange in comparison with their status before such an admission, and extractingthe most important obstacles and challenges of transferring, and rending some proposalsfor enhancing the effectiveness of future transfers.The results gained by this research indicate that the function, efficiency, and financialstatus of public companies proved no significant change in Comparison with the timebefore their admission in stock Exchange.On the other hand the experts believe that although the change of structure, function,and financial status, and the efficiency companies assigned are time consuming, andeven may encounter with delay and some resistance.During this period passed from assignment of the agents, some problems have beendetected which have effected on their functions, and financial status.
