Effect of Applied-Scientific Courses on JobPerformance of Imam Khomeini Higher EducationCenter Graduates of these courses, Iran

This study aims to investigate the effect of applied- scientific courses on job performance of Jihade-Agriculture employees who have graduated from Imam Khomaini Higher Education Center during 2005-2010. The study was a descriptive-co relational survey research. The data collection tool was a questionnaire made by researcher. Face validity of the questionnaire was determined by agricultural extension and education experts.Cronbach alpha was used to calculate reliability of data collection toll (α=0/87). All the employees of Jihade-Agriculture Ministry who had graduated from Imam Khomaini Higher Education Center between 2005 and 2010 were included in the study (N=181).Using random sampling method 109 respondents were selected. Data analysis was based on significantly and correlation tests. Results showed that the average job performance of the respondents has increased regression after graduation. Besides, findings indicated a positive correlation between job performance and job adaptation and also between job satisfaction and level of education.
