Analysis of Organizational Strategies and Institutional Development of Military Forces in the Holy Defense

Organizational role of the institution in achieving economic, political, social and cultural objective is so magnificent that organizational analysis and structure of every institute are considered as the carousels of achieving its objectives. In this paper, with regard to its main aim, that is, “organizational review and establishment, development of the institute, exploration and extraction of organizational strategies, and development of the institute of the revolutionary guards during the holy defense”, using research method of quality- growth theory, researchers dealt with the extraction and documentation of the revolutionary guards’ organizational strategies during the holy defense. The extracted organizational strategies during four temporal sections (zones) show the development process of Iranian revolutionary guards from its formation to its transformation into a complete military organization.
