Providing the Pattern of Transformation of Defense Ministry of Islamic Republic of Iran (VEDJA) from ICT's (FAVAs) point of view in order to Fulfill Online Support from A.F

Form FAVA’s point of view, organizational development has been a new approach in management of FAVA, and its usage is one of the major concerns of Fava’s managers in the transcended and precursor organizations. Using a new approach, the present paper provides transitional (developmental) model of VEDJA (defense ministry of Iran) from ICT’s point of view. In designing and validation of this pattern, 17 ICT managers of VEDJA and subsidiary organizations, and also selected university experts participated in an experts and beneficiaries session. The designed pattern on the prospect of 1404 contains five maturation stages for VEDJA which in the two first levels, it involves island electronization of VEDJA, and development of common communication and processing infrastructure, with the aim of improvement in VEDJA, and the last three levels include reengineering of processes and realization of electronic VEDJA, realization of cooperative network-based VEDJA (realization of core and network and coevolution with national section), and expansion of VEDJA’s territory with the online support from armed forces with the aim of development in VEDJA.
