A Study of Housing Conditions in Unofficial Residences and Presenting Organizational Strategies (Case Study: Residences within 5 to 10 Kilometres Surrounding Bushehr Atomic Plant)

House is one of the most important necessities for humans and providing an appropriate one has always been an essential difficulty in their progression. Nowadays، with towns quickly developed and demand for houses increased، to provide these needs faces problems which leads some people to build nonstandard extrajudicial houses which are not pursuant to urbanization criteria. Therefore، to examine house-related problems in unofficial residences and correctly plan to solve them are among problems of paramount importance which urban managers are facing. This study was functional using a descriptive-analytical approach، in which 19 quantitative and qualitative indices were considered. The required data were collected through field studies، questionnaire as well as documentaries and library. They were analysed using SPSS. The results indicate that one of the main reasons why unofficial houses within 5 to 10 kilometres surrounding Bushehr Atomic Plant are built is poor low-income people who turn to building unofficial constructs in this range، self-evidently because they cannot afford official houses within comprehensive plan of the city. So، concerning the good involvement among these residents and the hope that they are improved in near future، the best strategy to decrease problems and improve their condition is to coordinate different organizations and authorities of the infrastructure network and encourage the residents to cooperate so that the residence-relate problems could be solved.
