A Study of Situation and Challenges in front of University Women Alumni's Employment

Balance between studying in universities and employment can lead to society balance development. This research by stratified sampling studied 380 women alumni which graduated during five years (2006-2010) from Guilan University in five faculties. The results of the research indicate that %47 alumni were employed and %53 was not. All of the physical education alumni (%100) were employed and the basic sciences alumni were least among others (%31) and the human science alumni with%31/2 and agriculture %40/16 and engineering alumni %61/8 were employed. It shows that there are significant differences between women alumni employment of different faculties, and there are not significant differences between employment and unemployment of women alumni. The employment in industry division is %12, agriculture %8 and services %80. This means that there are significant differences between different divisions of employment.
