Research training, an effective method in proselytism

When we want someone to be ready to accept the truth, we should his / her explore deep roots to awaken him. Training and education must be the way in which the background of the person who lives in a community has been reviewed, Offering a manner in which we relate whit the soul of the person, avoiding empathic and imposed methods. This paper proposed the research training as an effective way to train. Under this approach, training is showing the route to the person and informing him to the problems and giving the options that are basic and crucial to his responsibilities. As a result of this training, the person who is educated, having the personality of a stable and secure manner, always relies on his rational powers to evaluate his life governing the laws and study them for his behavior remove and recommend to others. This paper explains both empathic education and research one, emphasizing on research training as the best way for proselytism and believes that education in the field of advertising, must be active and not passive type of training.
