This paper has been developed the aim Prioritization Patterns and indicators Management and development Part of the city center bukan city. The study is descriptive and analytical. Is used to collect data from field studies and Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data and techniques TOPSIS. Statistical population is the city authorities، groups and families Owners and business units within the city central part of the Bukan. Results show that the resultant set of factors (historical، economic، demographic، socio - administrative، traffic، physical - Spatial Index activity center)، shall be determined as specified within the town، that can be learned from the central part of the city. Findings Show that each of the above factors are somehow involved in the city central part of Bukan. Final results of the data analysis techniques using indicators to assess the management and development of the city central part of the Bukan by TOPSIS show that it was found that the separation is calculated as the minimum distance from the ideal high diversifying economic activities and the activities of financial institutions with the largest positive distance from the positive ideal. Also standard is far too anti-ideal combination of land use patterns and certain hours of the day has the highest population density and distance from the lowest to the anti-ideal. The final ranking is obtained by combining the land use pattern of the rank and priority.
