Spatial Analysis and Classification Avrmanat Rural Area of Employment Indexes

Today’s Employment is one of the most important components that affects on all aspects of human life and it is considered as one of the Criteria Measurement Developing Countries. Equitable distribution of job opportunities between regions in a country، Are the basic asynchronous for Balanced and integrated development. The present study which is a descriptive-analytic has been conducted with aiming at spatial analysis and determining the position of rural regions in Avramanat (Includes the Townships Pave، Javanrood، Ravansar and Salas-babajani) regarding enjoyment employment indices. In order to achieve the purposes of the research، the data related to 11 indices in the field of employment were used from the documents of national statistics centre (Statistical Yearbook of Kermanshah، 2009). The data were analyzed using SPSS software and TOPSIS model، and the classification level of the rural district was carried out by cluster analysis and display of spatial distribution of the rural district with ArcGIS software. The results of the study indicate that there is a high disparity and gap between the rural areas of Avramanat in terms of enjoyment of employment. Also، Rural district Dasht-Hor with the score of 0. 7258 was recognized as the most enjoyed one and Rural district Bazan as the most deprived province that is indicative of a 7 times gross difference between the most enjoyed and the most deprived Rural district. The result of the cluster analysis indicated that in general، about 14 percent of the rural district was in enjoyed level، about 24 percent in relatively deprived level and about 62 percent in deprived and very deprived level.
