Relationship between people's referral to the police counseling and social work centers and increase of their trust

Abstract:
The trust is one of the main structures of social capital and various factors such as historic structure, inattention to the popular organizations and changing the economic approach and structural sanctification policy are effective on reduction of trust in the organizations. The objective of this study is to identify and express the effectiveness of police counseling and social work centers on the trust of clients referred to this centers. The study is a descriptive survey. The sampling population consists of all clients referred to the police counseling and social work center who have been selected by convenient sampling. The data was collected by means of questionnaire. The summary of this study shows a significant relationship between clients referred to this center and trust in their service so that whatever the referral to this center is upraised, the trust in centers and subsequently trust in the police force organization is increased. As well as, this study indicated that these centers are qualified to affect the trust of referred clients.
