Abstract:
Objectives
The present research aims at investigating the Relationship between spiritual leadership and job stimulant among ilam university staff.
Method
The method of the research is descriptive- correlation study and statistical community includes all ilam university staff= (420).simple random method is used to select the samples. Collecting data is through spiritual leadership questionnaire (2005) and neo job stimulant questionnaire (1997) and its reliability was approved by professors in Ilam University and using the cronbach, s Alpha (a=. /83). To analyze the data 16SPSS statistical software and particularly correlation and regression tests are used.
Results
The results of the survey indicate a significant relationship between works, religious faith, humanitarian love (among different aspects of spiritual leadership) and job stimulant.
Conclusion
The author of the article concludes organizational perspective, meaningfulness of work, religious faith and humanitarian love increases job stimulant among staff and employees.
