The Effect Of Imprisonment On Crime Relapse among Prisoners of The Central Prison Of Ardebil

Abstract:
The main aim of this paper is to review the impact of imprisonment on crime occurrence in the Central Prison of Ardebil. Using a survey method, 70 subjects were randomly selected from a group 394 inmates who were convicted of theft and drug crimes. For the analysis of questionnaires and statistical methods, SPSS was used. Findings indicate a significant relationship between learning different crimes while in prison and repeatedly committing these crimes upon release.
