Appraisal of Service Quality of Police +10 Centers in Kurdistan Province

Abstract:
In this research by recognizing the expectations and perceptions of people referring to police +10 centers of Kurdistan, the gaps between Them defined and mechanisms to fill or decrease these gaps introduced. Therefore based on Parasuraman model, five dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy among 384 of people referring to Kurdistan province police +10 centers were studied. This is applied and investigative research from targets point of view and research method is metric. Field and library research is used for data collection and servqual questionnaire tool is used for field research. Questionnaire tool and alpha Cronbach coefficient were used for validity and reliability respectively. A paired t-test is used to study the significance of differences of expectations and perceptions of people referring to Kurdistan province police +10 centers. The results of research indicated that there is a significant difference between expectations and perceptions of people referring to Kurdistan province police +10 centers in all dimensions of servqual model.
