E-readiness Assessment Model for Operating in Electronic Exchange (Tehran Stock Exchange)

The main goal of this research is proposing a model of e-readiness assessment for the implementation of an electronic exchange in Tehran Stock Exchange by reviewing the literature and surveying the ideas of the experts of IT In Iran capital market. in this regard، after introducing the general framework of research and providing a conceptual model، validity of the model was confirmed by using E- test statistical technique and a questionnaire was designed and implemented by specialists. Internal reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach Alpha Test (=0. 78) which analyzed using SPSS software، and the variables weighted using AHP were performed by Expert choice software. However، the designed model was run on Tehran Stock Exchange and the level of readiness to operate the electronic exchange was assessed as desire able.
