A Review on Effects of Socio-Cultural Factors of Mobile Government Services (Case: Sistan and Baluchestan Province)

In current age the usage of mobile has provided the extreme infrastructure for many wireless Services because usage of new technology general people in traditional and semi-traditional societies have no tendency to solve their demands such as socio-cultural and lack of enough confidence to it. Therefore، Identifying and solving the effective factors of socio-cultural about mobile government services background can accelerate the implementation and application of mobile government. In Iran، although the usage of technical infrastructure of mobile government have been provided، It has not been developed and people do not benefit of them، and Sistan and Baluchestan province has same problem. The present study investigate the concepts of mobile government and effective factors of socio-cultural to the present the mobile government services in Sistan and Baluchestan were analyzed by spss18 and one T-test and so Freidman variance test was applied. The sample size of present study consisted of 300 employees of IT experts in governmental sectors of Sistan and Baluchestan province that they were selected randomly، Based on Morgan table Research was used from library resources، interview with experts of IT and questionnaires in accordance to likert continuum. The Results demonstrated that dimensions of training and skills، acceptance of IT and confidence were place in first to third ranks، respectively.
