An Investigation of the role of Human Factors in Incorporating Technology of virtual Training among Iranian university students

Abstract:
Nowadays, information technology (IT) has foot in various fields of human requirements of which its application in training is one of the most significant. On the other hand, the extent and nature of incorporating virtual training as a product of IT differ among states, which has motivated pertinent studies too. Martins and Kellerman’s hold that success in virtual training and application of a new system mainly depends on the learner's attraction towards it. To create positive incorporation attitude, various parameters and seals have been suggested in various models (such as TAM, TAM2, UTAUT, est.). However this study is concerned with just human factor as to such an analysis and varimax rotation featured in two principal factors and five secondary axes. The findings sustained that human factor encompasses personality factors (personal IT innovations, computer stresses)and some other factors (including social norms, individual differences, experience and interactive attitude).
