With domination of soft discussion to security of governors, first the nature of concepts such as power, security threats, and the relationship between them is changing And secondly, partnership, trust and loyalty of the people to the government and in a single word, social capital played an important role in national security and counter security threats has also increased the amount of powerful countries.
