Human Resource Training Role in Iran Police Service Quality

The change of attitude and social public expectations from Iran police has caused that concepts such as process improvement, sustainable growth, flexibility in dealing with environment, obtaining the satisfaction of clients, service quality optimization and resource productivity increase have been translated into the main issues of organization. In fact it can be said that processes weakness, resource loss, not being dynamic and so on are the problems that many governmental organizations have created. Solving aforementioned problems required that organizations acquire capabilities that help them to respond to share holders’ expectations and apply resources and capabilities most effectively. Therefore in this research the role of human resource training in Iran police service quality is discussed. In regard to goal it is an applied research and its method is metric- descriptive. The data is qualitative and based on researcher role and independent from research process. Statistical population is the provinces police commanders. Using Cochran formula for determining sample size, a sample of 176 people by simple random method is selected. Questionnaire which its internal and external validity is measured is used to collect data. Statistical correlation testing is used to analyze the data. In this research first the relation between human resource training and service quality confirmed then the extent of training influence on each of Iran police service quality dimensions determined.
