How to change the appearance and position Hjabt, writing and ministry from the beginning of the Abbasid Caliphate

Abstract:
Minister literally means deputy and assistant and so is an intermediary between the king and the people. And is the person who is responsible for the heavy country's burden. Apparently Minister in taking monarchy and presidency’s burdan allied with the king. Thus, it is nicknamed to this epithet. There was this title in Sassanian period and in early Islam was used. The minister concept also at the time of the Omavian was more used in its religious meaning. And ministers of this period, were as scribers and mentor for the Calliph. This position until the rise of the Abbasians had no official title. This research deals with the role of Minister, application and transformation of Hejabat, scribing and Ministry from the beginning to prior to the Abbasians Calliphate. And tries to offer possible answers for this question: How was the garlic of difference in meaning, function and evolution of the minister position from the beginning to prior to the Abbasians Calliphate.
