Integrated water resources management itself is aprocess and conflicts on water mangement or increased scale and density of interaction between human and the nature is among peiple and societies. Thus, this process of Integrated water resources management can be viewed from different aspectes.Environmental, economic, social and political. Furturemore, this conflict on water resource can be studied by region or time. Thus, from the point of replication, it is necessary to consider the different levels of place of conlicts with regards to water resource.
