Study of relationship between components of management intellectual capital with manager's job performance

The present study investigated the relationship between the components of Intellectual Capital Management with manager’s job performance of high school in Islamshahr. This research is a descriptive correlation. The study population of 142patients comprised the educational assistants of high school Islamshahr.The sample size was determined based on the formula of H.S.B 60patients (30 females and 30males) were recruited.Inventory management of intellectual capital and the Paterson job performance questionnaire which reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha.The data were analyzed by independent t-test and Pearson correlation test. The results revealed that the management of intellectual capital is a significant positive correlation with job performance managers. Also, between the two dimensions of intellectual capital management (relational capital and structural capital) there was a significant relationship with job performance. On human capital and its relationship with the manager's job performance relationship was not significant.As well as, Tests based on t, the state management of intellectual capital and job performance, significant differences werent found between men and women. Based on these findings show that the two dimensions of intellectual capital that is relational capital and structural capital to create the greatest impact on job performance.
