The Study of Psycho-social Factors That Related Whit Entrepreneurial Behavior in Woman

This correlation-based study was conducted to examine the relationship between the Big Five Traits, Social Support, Sexual Stereotypes, and Work- family Conflict and Entrepreneurial behavior. Therefore, 60 entrepreneurs woman completed the Entrepreneurial Questioner, NEOPersonality Inventory Revised, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support(Zimet et al,1985), Sexual Stereotypes Scale (Belk & Snell,1989), and Work-Family Conflict Scale(Netemeyer et al, 1996). Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and liner regression analysis. Finding revealed that consciousness and support by friends can beconsidered as appropriate predictors of entrepreneurial behavior.
