Predicting Job Satisfaction of Teachers of Special Schools Baise Emotional Intelligence and Mental Health

Abstract:
Aim
The Aim of present study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and mental health and components of them with job satisfaction.
Method
Research of method was correlation, for this purpose, 8 regions of 19 regions of Tehran selected by cluster sampling, then 286 of teachers this regions were selected as sample. Research instrument were demographic questions, Travis & Garivs Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire, Job Satisfaction Questionnaire and Mental Health Questionnaire. Data was analyzed by Regression stepwise method.
Results
Results showed that, there is significant relationship between mental health and components of that with job satisfaction. So between emotional intelligenceand components of that, age, history, type of student, marriage, degree of education and education with job satisfaction there wasn’t significant relationship.
Conclusions
we can conclusion that mental health components of that, anticipation changes of Job satisfaction, but emotional intelligence hasn’t been any role on anticipation changes of Job satisfaction.
