Relationship between intelligence and mental health in organizational personal

This study aimed to investigation the relationship between emotional intelligence and mental health, organizational commitment among university employees and RAJEIE hospital personnel. The 93 employees of the business units that were selected through stratified random sampling Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire the General Health Questionnaire, and a test of organizational commitment ALLON MAYER Goldberg responded. the Pearson correlation coefficient showed a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment was mental health. While the findings of the regression analysis showed that emotional intelligence and mental health as a significant and positive predictor of organizational commitment are. efforts of organizations, institutions, and organs emotionalintelligence and mental health in attracting applicants and as well as to provide in-servicetraining to staff and employees in the service of topics, including the conclusion which can be inferred from the findings.
