The Effects of Stress Management Based on Cognitive-Behavior Therapy on Modification Type A Personality in industrial company employees

Abstract:
Aim
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of stress management therapy based on cognitivebehavior therapy on Job Stress and its dimensions in industrial company employees.
Method
This is study a quasi-experimental. population in this study included all Personnel of industrial Company. The primary sample selected randomly 500 man (10 percent of whole population) that basis on their respond to job stress inventory. The final sample included 30 men who were selected randomly among 500 men with score upper one standard deviation from mean. The men were divided randomly into two groups (experimental and control). First performed Job stressors inventories as pretest, then 10 sessions of group therapy of stress management based on cognitive-behavior therapy carried out. In final performed post-test.
Results
The results showed that both experimental and control groups after implementation of stress management indicates that there is a significant difference in the job stress. Also, between two groups there is significant difference in dimensions job stress.
