A study of the qualitative descriptive evaluation problems from Primary School teacher's and manager's point of view
This research be down was conducted through descriptive method in order to study the obstacles implementation of descriptive qualitative evaluation in first to third grades in primary schools’. The statistical population of the study was limited to teachers and managers of quality assessment institutes in Esfahan (N=663). Data collection was done through a questionnaire with its validity proven by the experts of the field and the reliability of 0. 875 (alpha chronbach). 113 teachers and 27 managers were randomly selected using stratified sampling. Data analysis was done through descriptive and inferential statistics together with independent and single variable t test for the bivariate level and variance analysis for the multilevel variables. The finding of the study indicated that assessment problems are closely related to all four components: 1-curricular elements (goals، content، teaching & learning strategies، time) 2-preparation of prerequisite، environmental facilities and educational sources. 3- teachers’ current skills، knowledge and that of the managers، and 4-data collection، storing، organizing tools. There was no significant difference between the answers of the respondents based on demographic variables (sex، position، educational status، work records).
