The Identification of Tools Affected the Formation and Development of Knowledge - Based Network in Defense Sector and Its Analysis with Institutions - Instruments - Objectives Matrix

This research is following to answer the question that what is the most important of affected tools on the formation of knowledge – based companies network in Defense Sector and how is the priority of these tools in each other? The statistic populations of this research were the Iranian defense sector expertsFor collecting information, apart the literature overview, we used from questionnaire and interview and we exploiting with binominal test in order to determine and remove the less important tools. Then we ranked the remaining tools with employing of the fuzzy AHP.On the basic of the research’s results, 15 tools in 4 dimensions were identified that each of them having different weight and importance. Incentives and partnership with other knowledge – based companies were the most important dimensions, respectively. At the end, some recommendation and solution were proposed for the formation and development of knowledge – based companies network in Iran’s defense sector based on the expert’s views and also 3D matrix of institutions – instruments – objectives.
