The Study of Recent Five Challenges of Celebrating the National Reward for Organization Excellence and Productivity and its Comparison with Iran Police Organization Excellence and Quality Management (MAKNA)

Abstract:
Internalization of excellence and quality is one of the vital aspects of any organization promotion. Attention to this significant issue guarantees both periodical improvement in quality and pursuit of excellence targets. In this article in addition to the study of organization excellence and productivity national reward in five recent periods of plan implementation and its comparison with Iran police organization excellence and quality management (MAKNA)، the challenges and weak points of these models are recognized. Then a corresponding comparison between Iran police organization excellence and quality management (MAKNA) and organizational excellence model is carried out and its results was shown comparatively. In this research in order to understand the challenges and to collect data، questionnaire tool was used and freedman SPSS software was used to analyze data and the indexes related to implementation of organization excellence model was prioritized and ranked. Similarly requesting organizations for organization excellence and productivity national reward، weak points and domains required improvement through interview with organization excellence experts were recognized. After the investigation of challenges related to organization excellence model and also for preventing possible occurrences of problems in Iran police organization excellence and quality management (MAKNA)، suggestions in three domains of human resource، organization and commandment for improvement of Iran police organization excellence and quality management (MAKNA) were introduced. Due to idiosyncratic characteristics of each of the models، its comparative analysis can help creation of organization development and quality promotion in both fields.
