Meritocracy in Management and Disciplinary Command in Theoretical Bases of Islam

Since the religion of Islam, is a comprehensive religion and have a complete plan for all dimensions of human life, in regard to government, too, has a broad and all-encompassing education; It can be saw, generally, in the Holy Quran verses and practical life of the great prophet of Islam and Imam Ali and for being the most sensitive period of the Islamic Republic in the period of Imam Ali, the much of share of education and government administration in anecdotal reports exist. One of the most important topics in the political thought of Imam Ali, is the necessity for the rule of the righteous and explaining the necessity and conditions of worthiness. The righteous government and the owners of the competent jurisdiction is a part of their intellectual concerns. This paper based on descriptive-analytic study, shall examined the anecdotal knowledges and the writings of political philosophy of Islam on the meritocracy in disciplinary management and commanding.
