Transformation Management in Organization (2)
Many problems of the modern organizations originate from the rapid and galloping changes in desires,threats, and environmental opportunities. Parallel with applying changes in the environment, organizations should adopt themselves with the modified environment. The present paper has been written in two parts –the first part was published in the previous volume, and the second part is published here – to benefit from the science of ‘’transformation management in organization ‘’ to establish desirable developments in ‘’Aghidati-Siyasi Organization’’. In part 2 of the discussion, some issues such as reactions, transformation barriers, transformation strategies in organizations (structural, technical and behavioral), steps toward transformation, transformation strategies and programs in organization and its elements, transformation grounds and factors in organization are looked into and some recommendations are submitted to Aghidati-Siyasi Organization managers.
