The development of modern knowledge & technology, along basic changes in international system in last century, has compeletly changed the face of today’s world from past. Mixing these changes with caltural and social transfermations made human societies face basic challenges in diffrent fields and prepared the way of crisis in life conditions and human adaptibility with them. In this situation, public secuntiy emerges its importance to the goverments. So today, we could say one of the governmet’s main concerns is providing citizens with security in diffrent dimentions. Thus goverment develop different organizations such as police to deploy it cansidering the role of such organizations in human life. Their legal power to provide individul and social security has resulted in increase of work sensitivity. This organization in our country is called disciplinary force and it’s important duty is providing social peace and security but if this organization want to be succesful it should work its best and should have eligibility. Specially in professional moral so people can trust this force. In other hand This organization personal because of their legal power; must not abuse their ocupational position, which this could damage Police organization face and will remove the public trust from this important organization in the society. There for we are up to give a comprehensive difinition of Police, its duties and goals in the society and then we will proceed the basics of moral that have to be in Police organization so it can permorm its duty.
