Investigation About the Effect of Praying on Reducing Crimes of NAJA Empleyees

Preservation & prohibition from obing crimes in organizations is always the most important point that is needed in organizations. Utilization of different personal controlling tools, is the basis of different theories about prevention of crimes. The most important personal control tools are included in religion & religious treatment & schedules, In Islam, praying is the most important way to relate with God and can empower internal forces by its deep consideration & insight contents. This matter has been focused by the organization of Aghidati-Siyasi of Naja(OASN) from the crimes criminology point of view. The empression of saying prayers on reduction of crimes done by Naja employees, has been investingated by Colonel Mohammad Barani as a result of a research. the spread of the mentioned society for research, Lead to choose 2 of random samples that each one included 1500 emploees. It was mentioned that the samples include equal proportion of employees who have bad recird of doing crimes & who do not have. As the result of the statistical research it was concluded that, there is a strong coefficient between participating in public praying or individual praying with reduction of crimes & faults among Naja employees. And this means that there is a meaningful and direct relation between them. And It was concluded that praying (individually or as a group) can prevent Naja employees from doing crimes by increasing self prevention in them.
